Fitness Center:

Mondays thru Friday 5:30am - 8:30pm 
Saturdays & Sundays 7:00am - 4:00pm

Policy: You must be at least 14 years old to use the Fitness Center.
 
There are Strength & Conditioning Programs that take place in the Fitness Center for 12 & 13 year olds. Registration is required.
