General Party Information

Reservations online- When you make payment online your submission DOES NOT GUARANTEE a specific party date(s). Party bookings are based on availability.-Reservations do fill up quickly , This is especially true when booking parties which require ice time . All reservations are on a first - come  first-served basis. and are subject to a $75. non-refundable deposit to secure the date.

The Basics

Party prices provide room /food and entertainment for 12 people. We welcome  Additional participants and they  may be included at an additional cost of $12.00 per person.

If you will be arriving with more than 12 people . Kindly notify the Front desk 315-685-2266 48 hours before  your party.

You are welcome to bring decorations although we cannot guarantee that the room will be unoccupied prior to your time slot.

Prior to going to the pool or rink , our party coordinator will take your food orders.  Pizza and drinks will be served approximately one hour from the begining of the party. SCC is happy to provide Balloons, plasticware, napkins and plates for your food.

You are welcome to bring your own cake/cupcakes and ice cream . Please no other outside food !

After the party , we would appreciate your understanding that other parties may be coming in after you .

Bumper Cars On Ice Party-

Come and enjoy an excitng 45 minutes gliding around our ice rink with our new BUMPER CARS! This party includes 45 minutes of ice time to yourself with 7-10 bumper cars.

You have the option of spliting the ice rink half bumper cars and half ice skating or broomball . If you would like you can have bumper cars the entire 45 minutes.

You may pay the deposit online but please call the front desk for availability. 315-685-2266

Party (Pre-School thru First Grade)-

Come and enjoy 1 hour in the pool with 30 -minutes on the Bumper Boats..

Party goers can take turns  spinning around in 4-6 bumper boats and  splashing around in our indoor waterpark. You may pay the deposit online but please call the front desk for availability 315-685-2266

Splash around in our water fun playground. The party for 10 people includes one hour in the pool and one hour in a designated party area. Food and balloons are included in the cost.

These parites are held during the weekday and include waterworks only, no slide. 
Cost: Olympic Members $100 / Non Members $110

The Chiller


Slip and slide around our spacious sheet of ice. The party for 12 people, includes one hour on the ice and one hour in a designated party area. Skate rentals, food & balloons are included.

The Aqua Playground -

Splash around in our water fun playground. The party for 12 people includes one hour in the pool and one hour in a designated party area. Food and balloons are included in the cost.

Ultimate Aqua Chiller Combo
Combine the Aqua Playground and the Chiller and you'll have the ultimate party! The party for 12 people includes skate rentals one hour on the ice, one hour for your party and one hour at the Aqua Playground.

Skate and Shoot Party -  
* Full hockey equipment required.

A portion of the ice surface will be reserved for your group during a public skating session. Rink dividers separate your group from the public session. This option is for children ages 9 and under.
